There are no cracks or chips on this piece it is an excellent condition The paint on the bell is cracking seen in picture, the bell was painted after the firing and the glazing so it has cracked over the ages. Put the pottery is not cracked. Some has said this is an error piece but it is not, the Liberty Bell was first wrong and the Constitution first read on July 8th. This piece was the signify that time.
